    Julie Bucy

    Over the last 20 years, Julie has served 100s of clients as an Executive Coach, Strategic Consultant, and Corporate Trainer. Julie uses her corporate training certification to transform professional teams and apply her expert knowledge. She has started and sold three businesses: InnerPlay (a Corporate Wellness Company), PeopleWorks (an HR Consultancy), and Healx (a Health Tech Company).

    Additionally, she worked as a Consultant and Manager at McKinsey and Company for five years where she advised Fortune 500 companies and executives on strategy and Human Relations.

    She is a certified ICF coach and holds her MBA in Management from Wharton Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.

    Julie trained as a Pilates and Yoga instructor in college and pursues these passions today. She is excitedly exploring her new neighborhood of Homewood AL where she lives with her fiancé.

    Karen lives in Birmingham with her husband and daughter. She is an avid athlete and has completed numerous marathons including the Boston Marathon. She is also a triathlete and competes in Ironman Triathlons.
